About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking In-Store Clerk to assist with daily store operations, including customer service, stocking shelves, and handling inventory. This role requires regular heavy lifting and physical activity to ensure the sales floor and stockroom are well-organized and fully stocked.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks, including heavy lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and punctuality

Nice To Haves

• Prior retail or stockroom experience is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves, racks, and displays with merchandise
• Lift, carry, and move products and boxes (up to [X] lbs)
• Receive, unpack, and organize inventory shipments
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly store and stockroom
• Assist customers with basic inquiries and product location
• Operate basic store equipment (hand trucks, pallet jacks, etc.)
• Follow safety procedures and store policies
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
