In-station and On-platform Customer Service Associates

Keolis CanadaBoston, MA
$26Onsite

About The Position

This is not a sit‑back customer service job. As a fully on‑site member of the Keolis MBTA Commuter Rail team, you’ll be on your feet in stations and on platforms, giving real‑time travel information, directing crowds, supporting during delays and special events, and keeping passengers moving safely in all types of weather. You’ll also handle fare questions, basic ticket sales support, and lost‑and-found interactions alongside station and operations staff. We’re looking for people who stay calm when everyone else is stressed, communicate clearly to individuals and large groups, and juggle multiple urgent requests at once. You must be confident with smartphones and computer systems, quick to learn new tools, and meticulous in following safety and cash‑handling procedures. If working early mornings, late nights, weekends, and shifting locations sounds energizing — not daunting — this full-time union role could be for you! Driven by Purpose. Powered by People. At Keolis, a leader in public transportation and proudly headquartered in Boston, our mission — We Imagine, We Care, We Commit — is more than words. It’s how we support our communities and how we support each other. As part of our team, you'll have access to a comprehensive benefits package designed with your wellbeing in mind. We offer a competitive benefits package that supports your health, wellbeing, and peace of mind. This includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, along with life and disability insurance. You’ll also have access to a variety of voluntary benefits such as hospital indemnity, accident, and critical illness coverage, as well as home, auto, and pet insurance.  To help secure your financial future, we also provide a 401(k)-retirement plan with a company match. At Keolis, you're not just building a career — your part of something bigger.
