The InSite Project Manager position in Greenbrier, TN, involves overseeing compliance and environmental management for various projects.   • Establish baseline audit protocol for all new programs.
  • Communicate and document scope of compliance parameters for each Project location.
  • Adhere to Health and Safety Practices at all times while on site.
  • Act as a resource for InSite Program compliance questions and answers.
  • Support the response to InSite Project environmental compliance issues.
  • Assist with preparation, collection, and review of periodic environmental reports.
  • Create framework for and ensure implementation of best management practices for documentation.
  • Conduct facility-wide compliance audits.
  • Assist with managing customer's air, water, and hazardous waste programs.
  • Utilize waste management system to manage waste program efficiently.
  • Provide weekly status reports to facility management.
  • Assist customer in compiling data for Generator's Annual Report.
  • Scope special projects and provide estimates.
  • Maintain adequate levels of equipment for emergency responses.
  • Provide waste tracking reports as needed.
  • Enlist corporate resources to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Responsible for proper packaging of waste.
  • Manage and track cradle to grave waste generation, storage, and disposal.
  • Coordinate activities with generators for waste identification and preparation.
  • Transport and store wastes from satellite areas to waste storage area.
  • Assist with analyzing and preparing shipments of waste.
  • Coordinate scheduling of hazardous or nonhazardous waste shipments.
  • Assist with responding to hazardous material releases.
  • Use, maintain, and operate a powered industrial vehicle.
  • Interact with hazardous waste generating personnel regarding compliance.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Biology, Environmental Science, or related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
  • TDG Training certification.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Alternative combinations of education and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.
