About The Position
In Seat Service Expo at Tropicana Field the home of the Tampa Bay Rays.Summary: Oversees the inseat service operation ensuring product quality and speed of service. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Oversees the inseat service pantry. Ensures orders are fulfilled and delivered to fans in a timely manner. Verifies all orders before being delivered for food quality, presentation and safety. Follows principles of sanitation and safety in handling food and equipment. Interacts with fans in order to assure customer satisfaction. Interacts with co-workers in order to assure compliance with company service standards. Completes side work as assigned.
