About The Position

Our Bartenders are responsible for accurately mixing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while ensuring a positive guest experience.

Requirements

• Age 21 or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• TIPS or TEAM trained or equivalent
• Basic knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits and familiarity with standard drink recipes
• Ability to work independently and in a high stress, fast paced environment
• Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility in an often tightly quartered environment.
• Hours may be extended or irregular to include nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet each guest who enters the bar area; taking beverage orders directly from guests and/or servers
• Participate and foster positive team relations with fellow bartenders, barbacks and bar management
• Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of food and beverage products, offerings, menus and promotions
• Provide outstanding service to all guests of the venue.
