About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-service-oriented Food and Beverage Runner to join our Premium In-Seat team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering food to suites, restaurants, and dining room patrons in a timely, professional, and efficient manner.

Requirements

Highschool Diploma or GED.
Minimum of (1) year of supervisory experience.
Minimum (1) year of Food and Beverage, Stauium/Arena, Hotel/ Hospitality, Club or Full-Service Restaurant experience.
Valid TABC or state-approved Alcohol/Liquor certification.
Valid ServSafe or state-approved Food Handler's certification.
Excellent customer service, organization, and time management.
Ability to speak, read, and write in English.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to remain focused in a loud and busy environment.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

Deliver food orders to customers in a timely and accurate manner.
Assist suitemates with large orders, restocking, and other assigned duties.
Communicating effectively with suitemates, bartenders, servers, kitchen staff, and supervisors to ensure compliance by maintaining company standards.
Complete closing duties such as storing, breaking down, and cleaning equipment. Provide feedback to supervisors.
Cleanliness by keeping work areas and equipment clean, including following principles of sanitation and safety in handling food and equipment.
Communicating with guests, including responding to customer requests and complaints to ensure Service Excellence.
Performs other assigned duties.
