About The Position
The In-School Suspension Aide is responsible for assisting campus personnel in maintaining a safe and orderly environment by improving students' attitudes and behaviors, which impacts the overall learning climate of the campus. This position involves supervising assigned students throughout the school day, both inside and outside the classroom, and providing instructional assistance as needed. The aide will also keep teachers and administrators informed of any special needs, problems, and progress of individual students, while maintaining a neat and orderly classroom environment.
