In Room Experience Host
About The Position
One of the best parts of In Room Dining is that if you're doing it right, guests are always happy to see you, whether they're craving a good meal after a long flight, or surprising their person with a sublime spread for two. We're currently seeking an In Room Experience Host who enjoys keeping our guests happy and sated, to participate in all tasks related to in-room dining setup and breakdown, and fulfill any other guest requests with genuine enthusiasm, warmth and efficiency. Inside Tip: A sharp sense of timing is essential; and attention to the smallest details go a long way.
Requirements
- Passionate about food and beverage and guest service with a minimum of 1 year of similar work experience.
- Experience as a food & beverage server, a team player, hard worker, and detail oriented.
- Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
Nice To Haves
- A post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus.
