About The Position
The In-Room Dining Supervisor is responsible for supervising the daily tasks of In-Room Dining Associates, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. This role involves conducting pre-shift meetings, participating in ongoing training, recognizing outstanding performance, and assisting in ordering and maintaining par levels in the In-Room Dining department. The supervisor will also complete reports on production, assist with scheduling, ensure proper setup of the department area, inspect daily setups, control order loads, maintain cleanliness, and communicate with the kitchen regarding special requests.
