We are seeking a warm, polished, and service-driven In-Room Dining Server to join our team at Park Hyatt Chicago. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering a sophisticated dining experience to guests in the privacy of their rooms. While you will serve selections from the NoMI Kitchen menu, this is not a restaurant-based role—you will be the face of personalized dining, creating memorable moments through thoughtful presentation, prompt delivery, and intuitive service. From setting up elegant meal presentations to ensuring every detail exceeds guest expectations, you'll play a key role in maintaining the five-star standard that defines Park Hyatt. This role requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail, as well as a passion for hospitality and guest care. Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as an In-Room Dining Server in a food service or hospitality role, in a luxury or high-end restaurant environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to engage effectively with guests, take orders accurately, and provide detailed menu recommendations.
  • Attention to detail to ensure order accuracy and high standards of presentation.
  • Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to handle physical demands of the role, including lifting trays and standing for long periods.
  • Ability to work efficiently with the kitchen, bartenders, and fellow servers.
  • Consistently maintain a polished and professional appearance.
  • Flexibility to work all shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
