Knowledge of service standards for beer, liquor, and wine is necessary, complying with alcohol awareness procedures and all applicable laws. The role includes promptly returning checks and payments to the cashier and following up with guests after 5-10 minutes to ensure meal satisfaction. Anticipating guest needs, responding promptly, and maintaining positive guest relations at all times are key responsibilities.
