Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado Santa Fe is seeking a hardworking and driven individual to join our family as In Room Dining Server. An individual who shares our passion for achieving service excellence and infuses enthusiasm into everything he/she does!

Requirements

• You have 1+ years of service industry experience
• Food & Beverage general knowledge preferably in a luxury hospitality environment
• Your schedule is flexible and have the ability to work evenings, weekends and Holidays.
• This is a Seasonal position running through approximately October 31. Must be available during this time.

Responsibilities

• Using your genuine and authentic personality can make a huge impression on our guests in our In Room Dining experience by answering phones, taking orders and requests and assisting the In Room Dining Servers of tray set up.
• Cleanliness and organization is a passion and you keep the In Room Dining Space organized cleaned and inventory of items.
• You are a brave problem solver in all guest and employee interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible and maintaining the accuracy and optimal efficiency of the Micros system to ensure maximum orders are correct and amenities are set.
• You are master of your craft knowing that every detail is important in all that you do.
• A committed team player whose actions show you care about your team and being successful together.
• You are able to react quickly to change and mutli-task to assist entire In Room Dining Team and if needed other F&B outlets.
