About the role Four Seasons Hotel Nashville is seeking an In‑Room Dining Server to join our talented pre‑opening team. This role delivers exceptional, personalized dining experiences directly to guest rooms, ensuring the highest standards of luxury service in every interaction.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in luxury hospitality, food & beverage, or a related field preferred.
  • Flexible availability, including weekdays, weekends, holidays, evenings, and overnights.
  • Strong communication skills—professional, accurate, and guest‑focused.
  • Ability to multitask in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to handle guest situations with poise.
  • Authorization to work in the United States is required for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver guest orders promptly, ensuring accuracy, proper food quality, and attention to special requests.
  • Greet guests by name and describe menu items with engaging detail, including taste, origin, and preparation.
  • Set up, break down, and maintain in‑room dining tables, condiment stations, and service areas.
  • Anticipate guest needs, ensure satisfaction, and respond urgently to concerns or requests.
  • Properly close guest checks, verify room numbers and signatures, and process voids or complimentary meals.
  • Take guest orders in the absence of an order taker.
  • Plate and prepare small food items as needed.
  • Support food and beverage operations during peak periods or staff shortages.
  • Assist with the cleaning and organization of operational areas and equipment.
