About The Position

As an In-Room Dining Server, you’ll play a key role in creating memorable guest experiences. You’ll deliver meals with professionalism and warmth, using formal greetings, explaining the dishes, and offering helpful information to enhance each guest’s stay. A passion for hospitality and attention to detail are essential. You’ll also be expected to follow all hotel safety and security policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

Deliver food and beverage orders to guest rooms, ensuring proper temperature and presentation.
Assist in other food service areas as needed, including the main dining room, bistro, or outlets.
Ensure all necessary utensils, dishware, and condiments are included with each order.
Provide cheerful, knowledgeable service, explaining meal components and checking for guest satisfaction.
Maintain thorough knowledge of menu items, plate presentation standards, and temperature controls.
Remain calm and professional during high-volume periods or unusual events.
Solve problems and make decisions to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
Monitor F&B operations and assist management in identifying and resolving guest concerns.
Follow Concord and brand policies, including safety and security protocols.
Keep workspaces clean and organized.
Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
Communicate clearly and pleasantly with guests, anticipating and responding to their needs.
Be flexible and willing to assist in various kitchen and service tasks as needed.
