Four Seasons Resort Hualālai is seeking an In‑Room Dining Coordinator who brings warmth, precision, and enthusiasm to every guest interaction.
Requirements
- A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest service
- Six months to one year of customer service experience; luxury hospitality experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills with strong phone and interpersonal etiquette
- Ability to stay organized, focused, and composed in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Basic computer and POS system proficiency
- Team‑oriented mindset with a professional and positive attitude
- Flexibility to work varied schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Tuberculosis (TB) clearance in accordance with local regulations

Responsibilities
- Take in‑room dining orders via phone, iPad, and chat platforms with professionalism and care
- Accurately enter and manage guest orders using POS and hotel systems, including special requests, dietary needs, and allergy restrictions
- Provide knowledgeable, engaging descriptions of food and beverage menu items
- Coordinate seamlessly with the culinary team and in‑room dining servers to ensure timely and accurate delivery
- Anticipate guest needs, confirm satisfaction, and resolve requests or concerns promptly
- Maintain accurate guest profiles, order records, and amenity requests
- Uphold Four Seasons service standards, policies, and values in every interaction
- Work collaboratively with Food & Beverage, Front Office, and Housekeeping teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences
