We are seeking an Overnight Server to join our In-Room Dining team. As a key member of the Eau Resort & Spa team, you will play an essential role in delivering exceptional service to our guests, upholding the standards of our Forbes Five-Star resort. ---------------------------------------- Role Summary: The Overnight Server will be responsible for delivering food and beverage orders to guest rooms according to hotel specifications, courteously and efficiently. Additional responsibilities include assisting in the maintenance, organization and cleanliness of the In-Room Dining area and equipment. We have a part-time position available. This position is an overnight position, and all candidates must be able to work weekends and holidays. Work Schedule Needed: Sundays and Mondays, 11 PM - 7 AM
Requirements
- Minimum of 18 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages.
- Two years' experience as an In-Room Dining Server preferred.
- Food handling certification.
- Ability to satisfactorily communicate in English with guests, leaders and fellow hoteliers to their understanding.
- Ability to provide legible communication.
- Ability to understand guests' service needs.
- Ability to be well organized, maintain concentration and think clearly when providing service to guest rooms within any given period.
- Ability to demonstrate attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain good coordination while serving hot orders quickly.
- Ability to exert physical effort in transporting hot boxes, trays and tables from service areas to guest rooms.
- Ability to endure abundant physical movements throughout the work areas.
- Ability to perform job functions with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work cohesively with hoteliers as part of a team.
Nice To Haves
- Two years' experience as an In-Room Dining Server preferred.
