The In-Room Dining Coordinator is a vital member of the Food & Beverage team, responsible for delivering exceptional quality and service to guests. The role seeks a food & beverage professional passionate about service and enthusiastic in their work.
Requirements
- At least 1-2 years of experience in In Room Dining in a luxury hotel/resort setting
- Excellent communications skills
- Ability to work in a high paced environment
Responsibilities
- Take guest in-room dining orders and communicate special requests to the kitchen using the hotel’s point-of-sales system
- Coordinate delivery of orders by Room Service Servers in a timely manner according to Four Seasons Standards
