Requirements

  • High School education or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to communicate in a professional and accurate manner via telephone.
  • Maui Liquor Card.
  • Tuberculosis Clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Take guest in-room dining orders.
  • Communicate special requests to the kitchen.
  • Coordinate delivery of all orders according to Four Seasons Standards.
  • Prepare, organize, and follow through with all guest amenities.
