The In-Room Dining captain is responsible for supervising the daily tasks of In-Room Dining Associates, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. This role involves conducting pre-shift meetings, participating in ongoing training, recognizing outstanding performance, assisting in ordering and maintaining par levels, completing reports, and ensuring proper setup and cleanliness of the In-Room Dining area. The captain will also communicate with the kitchen regarding special requests and deliver guest orders with 100% accuracy.
