Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License required.
- Any employee driving a Broadmoor vehicle must be 18 years or older
- Occasional heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) with a work environment that may be indoors and outdoors at times.
- Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic team member who works well with others
- Strong interpersonal communication skills

Responsibilities
- Prepare the silverware, linen, and food and beverage on a tray or serving cart and ensure it is ready to be transported.
- Ensure quality of food and beverage, and appearance of silverware and linen is of five-star quality.
- Ensure that Room Service is always stocked.
- Check all hallways to retrieve all outstanding room trays and tables.
- Perform assigned side-work.
- Assist management in the training of new employees.
- Help maintain good working relationships with fellow workers throughout the hotel.
- Perform all other job related tasks as assigned to ensure guest satisfaction.
