In Process Inspector (Manufacturing Production) - 2nd Shift Job Purpose: Support of the Production Process and In process visual inspection of non conforming products.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 to 4 years experience
Ability to perform short removal, soldering and solder mask rework and touch up.
Ability to use microscopes, calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
Inspection of product for conformance to customer and industry specifications.
Experience with IPC 600.
Must be able to read customer blueprints, hole charts and tolerance requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be flexible to work overtime as business needs require.
This is an ITAR facility and applicant must be a US Citizen or a lawful permanent resident.

Responsibilities

perform visual inspection and repair on the manufacturing floor
Verify possible defects and repair prior to moving job to Final Inspection.
Make repairs on products at Sub Lams and Outer Layer products.
Work with Manufacturing Supervisors and Process Engineers in dealing with priorities.
