In-Place Monitoring Systems Technician Key Role: Ensure the client’s IPMS console is staffed and resolution of all signals and anomalies meet the established threat threshold within timeframes established by the TSCM program manager. Provide monthly and quarterly reports on console health status when operational capability is diminished. Deliver required IPMS and Signal of Interest reports with minimal errors. Con firm that all processes, activities, and reports are c ond ucted within established time frames. Ensure IPMS related activities support the client TSCM program and TSSC modernization goals. Maintain familiarization with all governing national and agency level policies , ensuring compliance with all facets of reporting and training requirements as well as all other regulatory guidelines.

  • Deliver required IPMS and Signal of Interest reports with minimal errors.
  • Confirm that all processes, activities, and reports are conducted within established time frames.
  • Ensure IPMS related activities support the client TSCM program and TSSC modernization goals.
  • Maintain familiarization with all governing national and agency level policies , ensuring compliance with all facets of reporting and training requirements as well as all other regulatory guidelines.
  • Experience writing and editing technical documents
  • Experience with RF theory and direction finding
  • Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
  • HS diploma or GED
  • Ability to obtain a DoD 8570.01-M Information Assurance II ( IAT II ) certification within 1 year of start date
  • Interagency Training Center ( ITC ) TSCM certification
  • Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, or a related technical field
  • Graduate of a federal or DoD CI training academy
