What We Do We help sellers who are distressed and are looking to sell their houses fast for cash. The sellers are looking to sell their house for any of the reasons below: Divorce Foreclosure Foundation Issues Probate Inherited a house Water damage Relocation JOB SUMMARY We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Sales Agent to join our Real Estate Investment team as a Home Buying Specialist. As a Home Buying Specialist, you will be responsible for acquiring residential properties identified as sound investment opportunities from qualified leads. This is a commission-based role that offers unlimited earning potential. We are seeking a confident, results-driven In-Person Sales Closer to join our growing team. In this role, you will meet directly with motivated homeowners on company-provided appointments, understand their needs, and negotiate win-win purchase agreements. This is a true closing role—not cold calling, canvassing, or territory prospecting. Your success will be measured by your ability to build trust, handle objections, and close deals face-to-face.

Requirements

  • Ability to work M-F, 40+ hours/week (Some nights & weekends)
  • Proven experience closing sales in person (any industry considered)
  • Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
  • Comfortable discussing pricing, timelines, and contract terms
  • Professional, trustworthy, and customer-focused demeanor
  • High level of accountability and coachability
  • Excellent writing, grammar, and verbal communication skills, over the phone, in-person, and via email
  • Great people skills and adaptive to all personality types
  • Responsible, reliable, dependable (show up on time and do what you say you’re going to do)
  • Personal and professional development oriented (always learning and growing)
  • Problem-solver (creative troubleshooting)
  • Professional demeanor with passion for what you do

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in real estate, home services, or high-ticket sales is a plus (not required)
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) – Is a Plus - Not required

Responsibilities

  • Meet with motivated property owners on pre-qualified appointments
  • Understand seller goals and present clear purchase solutions
  • Analyze properties using company-provided tools and pricing guidelines
  • Negotiate terms confidently and professionally
  • Secure signed purchase contracts that meet company criteria
  • Follow up consistently with sellers in your pipeline
  • Maintain accurate notes and deal status in the CRM
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth handoff after contract
