As a Home Buying Specialist, you will be responsible for acquiring residential properties identified as sound investment opportunities from qualified leads. This is a commission-based role that offers unlimited earning potential. We are seeking a confident, results-driven In-Person Sales Closer to join our growing team. In this role, you will meet directly with motivated homeowners on company-provided appointments, understand their needs, and negotiate win-win purchase agreements. This is a true closing role—not cold calling, canvassing, or territory prospecting. Your success will be measured by your ability to build trust, handle objections, and close deals face-to-face.
