About The Position

The TABC Associate is responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience by preparing and serving food and beverages in a fast-paced environment. This role ensures compliance with all safety, sanitation, and service regulations while maintaining a clean and organized work area.

At least 18 years of age or older.
Required to obtain and maintain Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC) server/seller certification.
Must obtain and maintain ServSafe Food Handlers Certification.
Must be willing to work on a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve food and beverages to guests according to recipes and standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the location assigned, including equipment and dishware.
Check identification to verify legal drinking age and comply with all Texas alcohol service laws.
Monitor guest behavior and consumption to ensure responsible service.
Restock supplies as needed throughout shifts.
Handle transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems.
Provide excellent guest service by engaging with guests and addressing inquiries or concerns.
Follow safety, sanitation, and company procedures at all times.
Assist in opening and closing duties, including setup and breakdown of locations assigned.
Collaborate with team members and management to ensure smooth operations.
