About The Position

The In-Office Customer Care Phone Agent at Speedway is responsible for providing exceptional customer support to Speedway/7-Eleven customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, web, and chat. The role focuses on building relationships with customers, resolving product or service issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Previous customer service and/or call center experience
  • Bilingual or speaking Spanish is a plus
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics database
  • Professional phone etiquette
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a call center environment
  • Familiarity with customer service software

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with rewards account support, including profile updates and passcode/PIN resets.
  • Provide information on points and redemption for rewards accounts.
  • Address inquiries related to in-store experiences, such as store appearance and product availability.
  • Handle product feedback, including quality issues and refund requests.
  • Perform data entry of accurate and detailed information into the Customer Service claims database.
