About The Position

The position involves performing various inspection checks to ensure that procedures are being followed and that the quality of Switchgear products meets the required standards. The role includes both inline and final inspection checks, as well as documentation of products before they are shipped. Additionally, the position requires gathering data to support continual improvement activities within the department and providing timely communication to management regarding ongoing quality issues. Accurate record-keeping of all inspections and checks is essential, and participation in the continuous improvement of Switchgear products is expected. Other duties may be assigned as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Perform inline inspection checks to assure procedures are being followed
• Perform final inspection checks and document product before shipping
• Gather data to help support continual improvement activity within the department
• Provide timely and accurate communication to all levels of management concerning ongoing quality problems
• Provide accurate & precise records of all Switchgear product checks & inspections
• Participate in continuous improvement of our Switchgear products
• Perform other duties as assigned
