In House VOA Support Staff

About The Position

The VOA Support Staff serves as the primary point of contact for all VOA tours returning to the property. This role ensures a smooth and welcoming experience for guests by greeting families, assisting with room assignments, resolving initial room issues, and coordinating with in-house representatives. The position requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Act as the first point of contact for all VOA tours returning to the property.
Greet families at the front desk and escort them to their rooms.
Handle initial room issues promptly and professionally.
Ensure guest satisfaction and contact the In-House Representative to activate activity cards.
Complete “Welcome Cards” with the representative’s name and phone number.
Run weekend check-in reports.
Assign tours booked on short notice over the weekend.
Communicate any issues with the VOA Manager.
Print VOA contracts from CSD.
Other duties as assigned.
