About The Position

The In-House Vacation Sales Representative at Vacation Village Resorts is responsible for conducting sales presentations and building relationships with prospective clients and current owners. This role focuses on promoting the benefits of vacation ownership and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. The position requires a Florida Real Estate License and experience in timeshare or vacation rental sales, emphasizing a positive and engaging approach to customer interactions.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous experience in a sales role is preferred.
• Ability to deliver consistently high-quality presentations.
• Excellent customer service skills with a strong emphasis on a positive attitude and effective communication skills.
• Professional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal form.
• Dynamic and outgoing personality.
• Organizational and leadership skills are required.
• Florida Real Estate License is required.
• Over 2 years of experience in Timeshare or Vacation Rental.

• Experience in the vacation ownership industry.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Conduct sales presentations with current and potential customers, highlighting the features and benefits of vacation ownership and surrounding amenities.
• Generate sales by building relationships with prospective clients and current owners.
• Identify and resolve customer concerns during their tour of the resort and purchase.
• Attend daily sales meetings and educational activities to stay updated on the latest developments in the industry.
