Hillcrest Hospital Cushing is a 99-bed community-owned facility offering 24-hour emergency services, cardiology, general surgery, orthopedics, diagnostic imaging, withdrawal stabilization, wound care and urology.

Requirements

• ADN required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience (within the last 2 years) as an RN in a hospital setting in the selected area required.
• Current valid OK or Multistate RN License.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and all other required certifications per assigned unit guidelines.

Nice To Haves

• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enhance the quality of patient care by providing qualified employees to staff the nursing units.
• Maintain flexibility and availability to supplement hospital-staffing needs.
• Comply with all HHS/HMC policies, procedures, and patient care standards.
• Commit to a temporary employment assignment of up to 12 consecutive weeks with a minimum of 36 hours per week or 72 hours per pay period.
• Accept unit, location, and shift assignment by Hillcrest Medical Center, understanding that these may change during the assignment period.

Benefits

• Hourly rate of pay is $65/hr.
• Temporary employment assignment with no benefits except those mandated by law.
