As an In-House Sales Manager, you will assist sales representatives in closing sales, as well as in the preparation of necessary documentation for completing sales transactions. The In-House Sales Manager will manage sales line to maximize operating budget targets. This role is responsible for maintaining HGV minimum performance standards and attending and conducting site meetings as directed. You will conduct sales presentations as prospect flow dictates and may conduct refresher training for sales representatives falling below minimum standards. Specific managerial duties as assigned may vary from sales site. You will present prices, financing, and incentives to prospective sales guests and make decisions on when to close negotiations to complete a sale to a guest.
