The primary duties of the Sales Executive are to discover the Owner’s needs & interests and create a want/need to update their membership with Exploria LLC. Conduct a 60-minute presentation with owners and present Club Exploria products in a manner to create a sale.

Requirements

TN Timeshare License is required.
Timeshare sales experience is required.
Maintain required VPG and closing %
Professional, neat appearance
Positive attitude/Team player
Proper conduct at all times
Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

Nice To Haves

2 years of In-House Sales experience is preferred.
Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.

Meet and Exceed Company In-House Sales goals.
