Requirements

Proven experience in roofing and carpentry, preferably in a restoration setting.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Strong knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Nice To Haves

Certification in roofing or carpentry is a plus.

Responsibilities

Perform emergency service board-ups and roof tarps
Perform roofing repairs and installations on residential and commercial properties.
Execute carpentry tasks including framing, drywall installation, and finishing work.
Inspect and assess damage to roofs and structures to determine necessary repairs.
Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely project completion.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with company standards.
Communicate effectively with clients regarding project status and recommendations.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in roofing and carpentry.
Provide excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
