About The Position

The In-house Retail Residential Mortgage Loan Officer position is designed for seasoned loan originators to work within real estate branches, focusing on collaboration and individual growth. Requirements

• Minimum of two (2) years of recent mortgage origination experience.
• Active NMLS state license in the market of operation.
• High school diploma or GED.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with construction, DAP, and portfolio products.
• Knowledge of various state lending regulations.

Responsibilities

• Work within real estate branches to originate mortgage loans.
• Collaborate with real estate agents and clients to facilitate loan processes.
• Maintain knowledge of federal and state lending regulations governing real estate lending.
• Utilize in-house operations and robust mortgage programs to serve clients effectively.
• Continue to develop and leverage existing realtor networks.
