About The Position

HGV is seeking highly-motivated Marketing and Concierge Professionals to work at our Lake Tahoe Resort. This role involves promoting vacation ownership opportunities and providing concierge services to guests, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction while representing the company professionally.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of proven sales, marketing, concierge, or optional tour and activity sales experience.
• Intermediate computer proficiency with the ability to learn new systems.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Fluency in English (speak, read, and write).

Nice To Haves

• 6 months or more previous experience in the timeshare industry.
• Thorough understanding of the area with the ability to explain activities, restaurants, and destinations.

Responsibilities

• Promote and book vacation ownership presentations and mini-vacation packages to eligible guests.
• Provide concierge services by recommending local dining experiences and attractions.
• Distribute approved promotional information and deliver excellent customer service to guests.
• Assist in the implementation and tracking of current and future marketing programs.
