About The Position
As a member of our team, you will engage with guests by calling assigned leads and connecting with them during their stay to schedule In-Tours and FL-Tours. You will promote experiences by working shifts at Resort Check-In, where you will engage with owners and guests to book them for presentations. Your role will also involve exceeding goals by achieving and surpassing performance metrics while contributing to the overall success of the team. Staying organized is key, as you will need to complete and submit daily and weekly reports to the In-House Marketing Manager. Additionally, you will support operations by assisting with other duties and company initiatives as assigned.
