Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 6 months of experience in sales or customer service (preferred).
• Knowledge of the timeshare industry and customer service fundamentals is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate at all organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Call assigned leads and connect with guests during their stay to schedule In-Tours/FL-Tours.
• Work shifts at Resort Check-In, engaging with owners/guests to book them for presentations.
• Achieve and surpass performance metrics while contributing to team success.
• Complete and submit daily and weekly reports to the In-House Marketing Manager.
• Assist with additional duties and company initiatives as assigned.
