About The Position
As a In House Marketing Rep you would be responsible for serving as a positive and professional brand ambassador, acting as a concierge to provide local information to enhance the guest experience. You will partner with the resort staff to receive arrival sheets of guests checking in, screen and qualify potential customers based on company guidelines, and make sales-tour reservations while collecting required deposits. Additionally, you will greet, present, and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales presentation in accordance with all company policies, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements while maintaining a minimum performance goal. You will also attend scheduled training sessions, department meetings, and keep current on marketing information and materials, as well as stay updated on industry trends and set and review performance goals weekly, monthly, and annually.
