About The Position
At Travel + Leisure Co., our mission is to put the world on vacation, and we are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our Vacation Ownership business line. This role involves in-person marketing with prospective and current owners at our resorts. As a brand ambassador for Wyndham Destinations, you will be responsible for greeting guests, presenting our offerings, and incentivizing them to attend a sales-preview tour. You will work closely with resort staff to receive arrival sheets of guests checking in and ensure a seamless experience for our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include screening and qualifying potential customers based on company guidelines, making sales-tour reservations, and collecting required deposits. You will be expected to maintain minimum performance goals while adhering to all company policies, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements. Additionally, you will attend scheduled training sessions and department meetings to stay current on marketing information, industry trends, and performance goals.
