We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented In-House Call Room Agent to join our Travel & Leisure In House Marketing team. This full-time position plays a key role in guest engagement and tour optimization. As a Call Room Agent, you will be responsible for making confirmation calls, phone bookings, and capitalizing on priority owner bookings.

Conduct confirmation calls when needed
Focus on assigned P1 arrival pre-call bookings, booking Late arrivals and misses off the chase list
Follow up with pre-assigned P1 owners as designated by management
Meet or exceed conversion expectations as determined by weekly performance metrics
Support a positive guest experience while maximizing show rates and tour attendance

Excellent phone communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs
Experience in customer service or call center preferred
Team player
Sales or marketing background a plus
