About The Position

Miller Management is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of our facilities and equipment. This role will be responsible for maintaining four McDonald's restaurants on the Westbank of New Orleans. This role involves performing routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and responding to high priority repair needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of mechanical systems, electrical systems, and general facility maintenance practices in a restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Able to work well independently
• Perform general and routine maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and property
• Perform building, HVAC, equipment, plumbing, electrical, and repairs as necessary
• Maintain inventory of repair equipment and supplies
• Effectively communicating with a large diverse team
• Check and update companies internal work order tracking program
• Work with Store and Operations management to determine needs of individual stores
• Demonstrated proficiency in HVAC, Ice Machines, Ovens, refrigeration and small appliance repair knowledge
