About The Position

The In-House Graphic Artist focuses primarily on production art execution for drinkware, barware, and hydration products. This role requires strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Excel, with an emphasis on preparing accurate, print-ready files in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Candidates should have hands-on production art experience, including file setup, prepress, and quality control. Experience with promotional and custom product design is preferred. The role collaborates with internal teams to ensure artwork meets technical specifications and aligns with brand standards. Working hours are Monday - Thursday, 8am - 5pm.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Excel is required.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.
  • Ability to take creative direction and adapt designs based on feedback.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of experience in graphic design, concept art, or production art.
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.
  • Occasional exposure to sounds and noise levels that can be distracting or uncomfortable.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with promotional products and custom design is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Create and edit artwork using Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop for a range of projects, including promotional products and marketing materials.
  • Develop and refine concept and production art based on project requirements.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and production teams to ensure designs align with brand guidelines and customer expectations.
  • Manage multiple projects efficiently while maintaining high attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
  • Use Excel to organize artwork files, track design projects, and assist with production specifications.
  • Prepare production-ready files and ensure accuracy in specifications for manufacturing.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design and promotional product development.
  • Maintain archive of images, photos, or previous work products.
  • Mark up, paste, and assemble final layouts to prepare layouts for printer.
  • Prepare notes and instructions for workers who assemble and prepare final layouts for printing.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
