The In-House Grant Resources Manager is responsible for the full lifecycle of enterprise-wide grant management, including writing and procurement monitoring, analysis, reporting and program success. This individual will ensure a consistent stream of funding opportunities that support the system's mission, clinical services, research programs, community outreach, and operational by overseeing current grant inventory, actively seek out and analyze funding opportunities, prepare detailed, persuasive grant applications, and manage all aspects of grant compliance and reporting. The Position will be instrumental in helping the health system secure essential financial resources to drive growth and innovation in patient care, research, and community health initiatives. This position will work closely with clinical, operational, and administrative teams to develop comprehensive and competitive proposals for both government and private sector grants at the local, state and national level. The Position will also ensure all grant deliverables and reporting requirements are met and maintain accurate records of the submission and approval process.
