About The Position
Responsible for all legal aspects of the company, including contracts, operations, purchasing, finance, R&D, engineering, HR, compliance, and business development; provide legal advice to all levels of the company in all areas, including Operations, Contracts, Purchasing, Finance, Engineering, and Business Development on legal issues and risks, company policies and procedures and risk tolerance; draft, file and prosecute U.S. and foreign patent applications; manage patent-related disputes, such as invalidity, licensing, overseas litigation, etc.; draft, review, analyze, modify and negotiate a variety of complex commercial agreements; assist with corporate financing and investment and governance matters as necessary; assist in optimizing various templates, terms of use, corporate policies, and other public-facing materials; review and respond to customer, partner, or regulator inquiries as needed.
