About The Position

Tenstorrent is looking for an exceptional In-House Counsel to play a crucial role in providing comprehensive legal advice in support of our organization across all functions. We seek someone who is adaptable, can pivot in a fast-paced startup environment, and has the ability to work cross-functionally across multiple teams while seamlessly managing competing priorities. You’ll be responsible for addressing a wide range of legal matters, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, minimizing risks for the company, acting as a trusted legal advisor across all internal business units, and representing the company with our external partners and vendors. This role is hybrid, based out of Santa Clara, CA. We welcome candidates at various experience levels for this role. During the interview process, candidates will be assessed for the appropriate level, and offers will align with that level, which may differ from the one in this posting.

Requirements

• A JD degree and state bar membership.
• 4+ years in a law firm or in-house legal department.
• Extensive experience working with startups, specifically in the semiconductor space or with chip manufacturers or suppliers.
• Exceptional negotiation skills.
• Ability to provide solutions-oriented, practical legal advice.
• Strong organizational skills.

• Ability to draft and negotiate complex agreements.
