About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented In-House Cleaning Specialist to maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of our offices and retail locations throughout Panama City Beach and 30A. This role is essential to creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for employees, clients, and guests.

Requirements

• Previous cleaning or janitorial experience preferred (but not required)
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform physical tasks (standing, bending, walking)
• Dependable, punctual, and trustworthy

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain offices and retail spaces, including:
• Lobbies, offices, break rooms, restrooms, and common areas
• Floors (vacuuming, mopping, sweeping)
• Windows, glass, and entryways
• Trash removal and recycling
• Restock supplies such as paper products, soap, and cleaning materials
• Follow cleaning schedules and checklists for multiple locations
• Use cleaning products and equipment safely and properly
• Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns promptly
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and professionalism
• Travel between locations in Panama City Beach and 30A as scheduled
