As a Paul Davis Carpenter, you will play a key role in our reconstruction department, collaborating with estimators, project managers, and homeowners to bring projects of all sizes to completion. Your responsibilities will include job site management, assisting with scheduling and oversight of subcontractors, and performing hands-on carpentry work, from trim to cabinets and emergency board-ups to punch lists. You will continuously learn about improving results and setting proper expectations for others while having fun and being part of a growing business. PDR IHCs work with owners and subcontractors after traumatic events such as fires or floods to clean up and repair damage to residential and commercial properties. You will assist in managing renovations, performing some of the work while helping the PM control and communicate the budget effectively, spending significant time in the field to ensure projects are completed properly.
