About The Position

The In-House Administrative Staff is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of resort office activities. This position requires a detail-oriented and organized individual capable of performing clerical tasks, assisting with scheduling, and supporting management and team members in a fast-paced environment. The role demands flexibility, professionalism, and strong customer service skills to maintain smooth day-to-day operations across multiple resort locations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external guests.
  • Perform basic computer tasks, including data entry and document preparation.
  • Assist with scheduling and administrative tasks across all Orlando In-House Resorts.
  • Adapt to schedule changes based on seasonal and departmental demands (must work weekends).
  • Work effectively under pressure while maintaining a positive and energetic attitude.
  • Other duties as assigned.
