Our customers are also our neighbors and friends, and they trust us to share our expertise and provide them with superior products and outstanding service. As a JC Licht service professional, we train you to sell Hunter Douglas products and our extensive line of soft window treatment products, ensuring the ability to offer expert advice to assist our clients every step of the way! As part of our Design team, your focus will be to assist clients in the selection of custom window treatments in their homes or businesses. We are looking for someone to service our customers in the Northwestern Suburbs. Whether the customer is a homeowner, designer, local business, hotel, municipality or school, the objective is to meet their needs in a manner that represents the JC Licht premium brand name and 'Make it Happen' credo.

Requirements

• Must have own transportation to commute to multiple locations/home sites.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to navigate software programs and prepare quotes.
• Must be available to work some evenings and weekends.
• Excellent follow up skills to earn sales and ensure overall customer satisfaction.
• High school diploma or equivalent work experience; some college preferred.
• Effective time management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
• Excellent organization skills.
• Strong written, verbal skills and computer skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in window treatments, interior design and/or experience for other home improvement/design product lines.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in the selection of custom window treatments in their homes or businesses.
