Requirements

Active Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of MO
Strong organizational and self-management skills
Strong and compassionate customer service skills
Valid driver’s license

Nice To Haves

Home Care experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

Complete admission assessments and reassessments for In-Home caregiver population.
Provide nurse visits for adult and senior population: Taking vitals, medication management, monthly diabetic nails, and labs.
May provide supervisory visits for caregiver services
Provide instruction/ education on medication
Good time management, detail oriented and self-starter
