THE ROLE We are currently seeking an In-Home Services Manager to oversee the daily scheduling, operational efficiency, and staff coordination for our in-home pet care services. This role is critical to ensuring smooth operations, enhancing client retention, and optimizing resources while maintaining excellent customer service standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in logistics, scheduling, customer service, and staff oversight.
